ASTRAPI
Astrapi is a French bi-monthly magazine for young people (aged 7 to 11) published since 1978
by the Bayard Presse group. It features comic strips
as well as articles on animals, current events, recipes,
crafts, quizzes, and games. Each issue follows a theme (here, the history of cards and Christmas)
with a special feature and a card to assemble yourself in each issue. The jokes on the Trucastuces page
close the magazine on the back cover.
After a three-and-a-half-month internship with them, I had the opportunity to illustrate their special feature in the April 1 issue
and to help with the layout of issues 1063, 1066, and 1069 while filling in for someone else.
Layout of issue 1066 dated October 15, 2025.
Layout of issue 1069 dated December 1 2025.
Design of card number 1069: a DIY Christmas tree with sweet words.
